REGISTRATION GUIDELINES:

  • Preferred Payment is thru ZELLE to pametusapro13@gmail.com.
  • Check payment is acceptable. 

On-Line Registrations with payment received on or before May 1, 2023, will be processed at the Early-Bird Registration rate. Payments  must be accompanied by on-line registration for processing.  When using ZELLE, indicate your Category (Member, Non-Member, or Family/Guest). Check payment received on or before May 31, 2023, qualifies for the early-bird registration rate. Postmarked check payments after May 31, 2023, will be processed at the regular registration rate.

Registration includes admission to the opening and closing sessions, all educational sessions, Friday breakfast and lunch, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner. 


Guest Registration is available to spouse, relative and or friend of a PAMET-USA, Inc. member and must be paid per meal together with the member's registration fee.


REFUNDS

Request for refunds must be emailed to pametusapro13@gmail.com.

PAYPAL payments will be refunded thru PAYPAL.  For Check payments, an email requesting a refund should state the registrant's name, email address and address to where the refund should be sent.  

Refunds will be given at 100% if cancelled by July 1, 2023, then at 50% by July 15, 2023. No refund will be given after July July 28, 2023.


CONFIRMATION

Registration confirmation letters will be sent by email for all paid and processed registrations. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact pametusapro13@gmail.com. 

PAMET-USA, Inc. cannot assume any responsibility for any misunderstanding regarding your registration if you do not receive a confirmation. Any refunds or balances due will be indicated in your confirmation letter.  This letter will also serve as your receipt for the amounts paid. 


Your registration packet, and badge, along with ticketed meal, social events for which you registered for, will be waiting for you at the hotel registration upon check-in.


LIABILITY

PAMET-USA Central California Chapter,  and the 19th Executive Board Meeting (EBM) Organizing Committee are not liable for personal accidents and/or loss/damage to private property of registered participants or their guests in connection with the Executive Board Meeting. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements for personal, liability and health insurance
