SELECTION CRITERIA
MOST OUTSTANDING MEMBER OF THE YEAR
• Must be a bonafide member of PAMET-USA, Inc. and of good moral character;
• Must have shown consistent and outstanding performance in his profession as a Medical Technologist/Clinical laboratory Scientist for the past three years;
• Must have received recognition, citations or awards from academic institutions and scientific/learned societies for his/her exemplary practice of the MT/CLS profession;
• Must have shown leadership and dedicated Involvement in the activities of PAMET-USA, Inc.; and
• Must have contributed to the enlistment of the MT /CLS profession.
PRESIDENTIAL AWARD(s)
Must be a bonafide member of PAMET-USA, Inc. and of good moral character;
• Must have shown consistent and meritorious contribution to the general membership through service for the past 3 years;
• Must have helped the Association in disseminating policies and guidelines to the general membership;
• Must have shown untiring support and assistance to the President towards the development and improvement of the Association; and
• Must have shown leadership and dedicated involvement in the planning and holding of the Biennial National Convention and Executive Board Meeting.
Elizabeth Dequinia Leadership Award
• Must be a current or past chapter president of PAMET-USA, Inc. and of good moral character;
• Must have shown increased chapter membership during his presidency;
• Must have shown sustained support to the professional growth of chapter members through the implementation of relevant CE seminars, workshops and related activities;"
"• Must have maintained continuous involvement of the chapter in the enlistment of the Medical Technology / Clinical laboratory Science profession through community health Involvement of the chapter;
• Must have maintained continuous communication and coordination with PAMET-USA National; and
• Must have shown leadership and dedicated involvement in the activities of PAM ET-USA, Inc.
MOST OUTSTANDING CHAPTER OF THE YEAR

Must be an accredited chapter of PAMET-USA; Inc. for at least 2 years;

Must have shown growth as a chapter through increased membership;

Must have shown sustained support to its members by sponsoring relevant seminars and activities that will further enhance professional growth of its members;

Must have maintained continuous involvement in the enlistment of the Medical Technology/ Clinical laboratory Science profession especially in the local area of the chapter; and

Must have maintained continuous communication and coordination with PAMET-USA National.
Zenaida Maguigad Distinguised Service Award
• Must be a bonafide member, of PAMET-USA, Inc. and of good moral character;
• Must have shown consistent and meritorious contribution to the general membership through service for the past 5 years;
• Must have helped the Association in disseminating policies and guidelines to the general membership;
• Must have shown untiring support and assistance towards the development and improvement of the Association; and
• Must have shown leadership and dedicated involvement in the enlistment of the Medical Technology profession.
Shirley Cruzada Research Award
"• Must be a bonafide member of PAMET-USA, Inc. and of good moral character;
• Must have shown a distinguished record in research for creative ideas for the upliftment of the Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science profession;
• Must have contributed a meaningful amount of their work to the community they serve while an active member of the association.
• Must have at least one publication in a peer reviewed professional journal and experience working with other health allied association."
